THE ROLE:
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager to take ownership of strategic growth across the UK and Europe. Based in the East Midlands office three days per week (with flexibility to work remotely the remainder), you'll lead commercial strategy, manage key distributor and customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities across multiple sectors. Working closely with cross-functional teams - including Operations, Finance, and Sales - you'll develop robust growth plans, oversee the customer experience function, and drive transformation initiatives that deliver measurable results.
This is a truly varied and influential role that combines commercial leadership with strategic project delivery. You'll also have the opportunity to travel across Europe around six times per year, supporting key customers and driving business development initiatives across multiple markets.
