Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities You will be providing hands on support across numerous offices with technical tasks ranging from full pc installations, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing of computer hardware, software, wireless, network printers, related peripherals, mobile devices, videoconference equipment, etc. You will be involved in IT desk and office moves as needed. On-boarding and off-boarding employees. Deal with server-based changes /issues when needed. Maintain in depth and comprehensible support documentation. Maintain your own tickets for IT related tasks. You will be able to respond to security threats in the environment and assist with any remediation. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Excellent communication and people skills across the spectrum of remote staff, on site staff to Board Executives. Ability to work effectively, demonstrating strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced and changing environment. Ability to manage your time effectively while coping with many different projects at the same time. You will have an understanding and be able to manage software licensing. Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems including an understanding of Windows server. Good knowledge of TCP/IP to assist in resolving network related issues. Understanding of PC hardware set-up and domain configuration. Knowledge of Active Directory Knowledge of backup systems Knowledge of virtual environments Flexible attitude towards working hours as out of hours work will be required for major platform changes/ updates. A full, clean driving licence as commuting between sites is required.
