Job Summary
As BNPL Merchant Success Manager, you will be responsible for growing and maximising value from PayPal’s existing merchant portfolio in the UK. Based in London, you will build and execute joint business plans with strategic merchant partners – identifying expansion opportunities, driving increased adoption of PayPal’s BNPL products, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
Job Description
* Lead functional projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business trends.
* Identify issues and recommend best practices to improve processes.
* Partner with various teams to analyze and understand business trends.
* Contribute to business or process improvements within the function.
* Develop strategies to enhance product sales and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications – Who You Are
* 5+ years in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales – ideally in retail, payments, fintech, or ecommerce.
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth within an existing portfolio of strategic accounts.
* Comfortable owning senior stakeholder relationships, including C-suite engagement.
* Commercially minded: able to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable business plans.
* Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel.
* Results‑oriented, with a bias for action and the ability to execute in an uncertain and fast‑evolving environment.
Even Better If
* You have knowledge of Buy Now Pay Later or regulated credit payment methods.
* You’ve worked with AI tools in a sales or commercial context.
* Youre analytically strong and can turn complex data into clean, executive‑facing insights.
