Company Description

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Enfield for a Nursery Manager. The Nursery Manager will oversee the daily operations of the nursery, including ensuring the safety and well-being of children, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of care and education. Additional responsibilities include implementing safeguarding policies, developing educational programs, and fostering strong communication with parents and guardians.
Qualifications
* Experience in Nursery Management and working in a nursery setting
* Strong understanding of Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children policies
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field
* Proven leadership and organizational skills
* Ability to work well within a team environment
* First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
