ROLE: CNI Technical Services Manager
HOURS: Full Time
LOCATION: NGH, Warwick

We're looking for a CNI Technical Services Manager who will oversee the delivery of technical services for Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) environments, ensuring reliable execution of PPM, Remedial, Reactive, Quoted Works, and Projects while leading engineering teams and maintaining compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including installation, maintenance, testing, and assurance of CNI infrastructure in line with statutory and contractual requirements
2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring high performance, safety compliance, training development, and maintenance of training matrices
3. Coordinate with scheduling and planning teams to manage workforce allocation, resource constraints, annual leave, and ensure service delivery aligns with operational plans
4. Act as the primary client point of contact, providing updates, resolving issues, managing escalations, and supporting meetings, reporting, and action plans with stakeholders and senior leadership
5. Manage compliance, risk, and assurance activities, including statutory inspections, incident reporting, audits, supply chain performance, contractor management, and continuous service improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:

6. Proven experience working within Critical National Infrastructure or similar highly regulated environments, ideally in a technical assurance or engineering leadership role
7. Strong knowledge of engineering standards, statutory compliance, safety regulations, and technical risk management within critical infrastructure
8. Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, delivering complex technical projects, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
10. Knowledge or experience of data centre environments or Uptime Institute standards, with a commitment to continuous professional development
