Are you looking for an opportunity to use and develop your skills across a range of clinical populations? Our service is constantly growing, so if you are a proactive, HCPC registered psychologist professional with a strong client-focus, excellent communication skills and a “can-do” attitude, we want to hear from you. We require psychologists with a minimum of five years post qualification experience, with a strong background of assessment and formulation skills across all age ranges to support the growing Medico-Legal service. The ideal candidate will have experience of preparing reports for formal/Medico Legal settings, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and knowledge and training in a wide range of assessments required for Medico-Legal work. Formal expert witness training is desirable.

Requirements

We require urgent support to meet our contractual requirements to provide support with reports and assessments in the below areas so experience in these areas would be beneficial for the opportunities:

Adult - Criminal and civil reports - Legal Aid and civil Child - Criminal and civil reports - Legal Aid and civil ASD - Criminal and civil reports - Legal Aid and civil

We are looking for clinicians who meet the following criteria:

* Be HCPC Registered
* Have a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in their chosen field
* Have completed additional training (e.g. formal risk assessment/ intervention training)
* Have previous Medico-Legal report writing experience or relevant experience such as reports for parole hearings/care proceedings etc.
* Have undertaken Medico-Legal training (i.e. Bond Solon)

You will be able to demonstrate experience of working successfully one of the areas above and have the time and capacity to support outside of you current role.
