Job Title: Research Director – Top International Brand & Marketing Consultancy (Quantitative & Behavioural Science Focus) Location: Central London – Hybrid working We are recruiting for a talented Research Director to join a top international brand and marketing consultancy that blends behavioural science, strategic expertise, and cutting-edge research technology to help leading brands uncover deep human motivations and drive sustainable growth. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead full life cycle bespoke research projects—primarily quantitative, with some qualitative work—while guiding a team of researchers, analysts, and behavioural consultants. You'll take ownership of client accounts, driving strong relationships and helping to shape strategy and new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end research projects, from study design, sampling and questionnaire development through to data analysis, reporting, storytelling, and client delivery. Manage and grow key client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and ensuring best-in-class service. Mentor and guide a small team of researchers and analysts. Support and contribute to new business activities, including proposal writing and pitch presentations. Apply behavioural science insights to enrich research findings and influence brand and marketing strategies. Qualifications: Extensive experience managing full-cycle quantitative research projects within a research agency, media agency or consultancy. Strong interest in and application of behavioural science principles; comfort working with both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manipulate data and craft compelling reports and presentations. Strong experience in client relationship management, team leadership, and supplier negotiation. Familiarity with tools like TGI, GWI, Touchpoints, Telmar or Similarweb would be a plus. Why Join?
