My client is launching an exciting new premium champagne and wine bar concept in West London, focused on delivering a refined and elevated guest experience within a stylish, high‑quality environment. The venue will offer an extensive champagne, wine, and sparkling selection alongside premium small plates and a sophisticated all‑day experience. With a strong focus on quality, service, and atmosphere, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the business during an exciting launch phase and be part of building the culture and team from the beginning.
The operation will attract a stylish West London crowd and will focus heavily on guest experience, product knowledge, and creating a relaxed but premium hospitality offering.
Main Responsibilities
* Supporting the General Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the venue
* Delivering exceptional guest experience and maintaining high service standards throughout
* Driving sales through strong floor presence, upselling, and team engagement
* Leading, motivating, and developing the front of house team
* Supporting recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members
* Ensuring excellent attention to detail across service, presentation, and operational standards
* Building strong customer relationships and creating a welcoming, premium environment
* Supporting wet‑led sales performance with a strong understanding of wines, champagne, and premium beverages
* Managing shifts, stock control, and operational procedures effectively
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience within premium bars, wine bars, restaurants, members clubs, or luxury hospitality venues
* Energetic, hands‑on, and highly service driven
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident working within a fast‑paced opening environment
