We have partnered with a local Wolverhampton all-age SEND school setting who are seeking additional SEND Teaching Assistants on both full-time and part-time basis.
You will need to have previous SEND support experience from schools, residential, support, care or similar backgrounds to be considered for these roles. However, you will be supported through us at New Directions, where we take time to make sure you are comfortable and also confident in supporting young people.
Ideally, these opportunities are available for immediate starts, however we are happy to do September 2026 starts for staffing, giving time for you to clear our recruitment checks.
All roles are term-time only during school hours of 8:30 to 3:30.
These roles will be paid at a daily rate, on a weekly basis at a rate ranging from £92.63 to £97.93 dependent on experience and qualifications.
All roles in school have the potential to potentially be permanent in future at the school’s discretion as they invest and strive to keep long-term staff to help their students and give consistency to their learning and development
