Overview
One thing's for sure as a Store Management Apprentice in Retail you'll never be bored. Balancing theory with practical store work, you'll be expected to work hard on this three-year programme. There's a real family feel here and we all pitch in as part of a close-knit team. And since there's always loads of support from those around you, ranging from Store Managers to Store Assistants, you'll never feel like you're struggling. In this fast paced environment you'll get to learn something new every day in a company that thrives on being different. As someone who wants to make things happen, you'll find all this adds up to an exciting challenge. The time will fly by and before you know it you will have your Level 3 Retail Team Leader qualification and be working as a fully-fledged Deputy Store Manager with real opportunities for progression in the future.
Responsibilities
* Balance theoretical learning with practical store duties throughout the three-year programme.
* Contribute to a close-knit team and support store operations.
* Engage with training to achieve the Level 3 Retail Team Leader qualification.
* Progress into a Deputy Store Manager role with opportunities for advancement.
Qualifications
* GCSEs in Maths and English, grade 4 or above (minimum grade C or equivalent) to undertake the Apprenticeship.
