A bit about the role
We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Coordinator to support the UK HR function. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career, who wants broad exposure across the employee lifecycle.
You will work closely with the HR Manager to deliver a consistent, supportive HR presence across the UK, while also engaging with our wider global HR team. This is a hands-on generalist role where you will gain experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, data and analytics, wellbeing, employee engagement, learning and development, benefits administration, and HR operations.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, is confident working independently, and is passionate about building a great employee experience.
What you’ll be doing
Key tasks and responsibilities of this role will include:
* Supporting the HR Manager across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, wellbeing, and development.
* Assisting with recruitment activity, including drafting adverts, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and conducting first‑level interviews.
* Coordinating onboarding processes, preparing offer documentation, managing pre‑employment checks, right‑to‑work and immigration documentation, and ensuring a smooth induction experience.
* Managing day‑to‑day HR administration such as maintaining employee files and HR systems, preparing letters/contracts, supporting payroll changes, and ensuring accurate data entry.
* Handling routine employee queries and providing first-line support, escalating more complex matters where appropriate.
* Supporting ER activity through meeting coordination, documentation preparation, and minute-taking.
* Coordinating training, learning activities, and maintaining training records.
* Assisting with employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, benefits administration, and internal HR communications.
* Contributing to HR reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and supporting compliance and audit requirements.
* Participating in UK HR projects and collaborating with the wider global HR team on shared initiatives and process alignment.

* Basic understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.

* Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident across Microsoft Office and comfortable learning HR systems.
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to get involved in all areas of HR.
Desirable:
* Previous HR or administrative experience.
* Experience conducting interviews or supporting recruitment activity.
* Familiarity with immigration or right-to-work processes.
* Interest in HR analytics or data visualisation.
* CIPD qualified, or willing to work towards this.
