About the Role As a Temporary Nursery Practitioner, you’ll be part of nursery teams supporting children aged from babies through to preschool. Every day will bring variety, and you’ll be helping to create positive early learning experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting children’s learning through play-based and structured activities Encouraging development across communication, social and emotional skills Helping maintain a safe, clean and welcoming nursery environment Assisting with daily routines such as meals, naps and transitions Working alongside nursery staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care Following safeguarding, health and safety policies at all times What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you’ll need: A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) Previous experience in a nursery, childcare or early years setting A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to working with children Good teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to work across different nursery environments Why Work with Completely Care?
