This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Consumer Lifecycle Marketing Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of consumer-focused email and SMS campaigns that engage consumers at critical points in the car-buying lifecycle. Your work will connect consumers with accessible vehicle financing options while ensuring compliance, personalization, and measurable marketing performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, leveraging data and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Accountabilities
* Develop, execute, and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS for known leads and prior customers.
* Create cohesive marketing journeys for prospective car buyers with vehicle, financing, and dealership related content and recommendations.
* Map and identify key moments in the car buying process to generate campaign/test ideas.
* Partner with product and marketing team members to enable ways to market vehicle inventory to consumers.
* Build segmentation and audience strategies using first-party and behavioral data to deliver timely and relevant communications.
* Collaborate with analytics to measure campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and develop test-and-learn frameworks for continuous improvement.
* Manage campaign builds within marketing automation platform, including list management, quality assurance, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
* Present insights and recommendations to leadership based on campaign results and customer research.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree.
* 5+ years of experience in email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing roles.
* Proven track record managing multi-stage or multi-channel consumer lifecycle campaigns.
* Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment.
* Proficient in at least one marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Journey Optimizer, Iterable, Braze, or similar).
* Familiarity with CRM systems, testing tools, customer data platforms, and analytics tools.
