We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Training Officer to join our Business Support team. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role plays a key part in delivering high-quality HR and training support across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for people development to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of HR and training functions, ensuring alignment with our core values of Equality, Empowerment, Respect, and Sustainability.
The ideal applicant will have Level 3 or relevant HR qualification. A minimum Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths is also required.
