Receptionist/Clerical Officer, 37 hours per week, Permanent
Patient Services
A vacancy has arisen within the AHP Administration Team for a full time Receptionist/Clerical Officer, who will be predominantly based at Aberdeen Health Village (office based position).
The AHP Administration Team is a large, city wide team, providing clerical and administrative support to the Allied Health Professions, including: Dietetics, Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Speech & Language Therapy.
Responsibilities
* Provide clerical and administrative support to the Allied Health Professions as part of the AHP Administration Team.
* Work predominantly from Aberdeen Health Village (office based post).
* Adapt to a fast paced environment and manage changing priorities, workload and time pressures with ease.
Qualifications and Skills
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to working with the general public.
* Good keyboard skills and confidence with IT systems.
* Experience of a Patient Management System (PMS) is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
