Responsibilities
* Content creation. Develop compelling content across multiple channels, leveraging AI tools. Scout content creators, negotiate partnerships, and craft briefs tailored to target audiences.
* Campaign management & data-driven decision making. Own acquisition campaigns end-to-end: set a clear hypothesis, launch, track performance, and iterate quickly. Run structured retrospectives to extract learnings and raise the bar with each cycle.
* Cross-functional coordination. Connect creative, marketing, and business stakeholders, managing timelines and priorities to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly.
* Trend monitoring. Stay up to date with social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging creative practices to inform campaign and content decisions.
