Salary: £30,000 - 33,000 per year Requirements:
* I am seeking candidates with 1st Line support experience (or a similar IT role).
* You must demonstrate a genuine interest in Cloud technology and possess a desire to learn Azure/AWS. Ideally, you have started your own journey toward this through home learning or study.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
* I require that you have been UK-based for at least 5 years, as this is necessary for Security Clearance eligibility.
Responsibilities:
* You will be the first point of contact for customer IT issues related to hardware, software, and Microsoft 365.
* You will help manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Azure Entra.
* You will support basic Azure queries, and I will ensure that you learn the rest on the job.
* You will be involved in daily checks, ticketing, troubleshooting, and more.
