Corporate Finance Advisory - Assistant Director or Senior Associate

Our client is seeking to recruit an Assistant Director or Senior Associate into their Residential & Real Estate, Education, Social Infrastructure department, with a market leading reputation for providing tailored, value additive corporate finance advice to the Housing sector and is developing a footprint within the Real Estate, Higher Education and Social Infrastructure sectors.
You will be an ambitious and dynamic finance professional with experience of client and transactional management in a financial context.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• A background with 4-6+ years of transactional experience in corporate finance or a similar role, with some experience of transaction management, client engagement, and advising or lending into the residential affordable housing sector.
• Confidence using and evaluating financial models to support complex financial decision making.
• Strong analytical and oral / written communication skills, with a specific ability to assimilate complex information and translate this into practical and clear advice.
• Developing industry and other professional advisory relationships.
• Experienced in mentoring and coaching junior team members, supporting their professional development and promoting a collaborative learning environment.
• Adaptable, able to pick up new assets, sectors and products, as well as prioritising and simultaneously working on multiple transactions.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a deep understanding of their importance in delivering outstanding client service and maintaining long-term partnerships.
• A committed team player who thrives in a high-performing environment while also demonstrating ownership and accountability for individual responsibilities and outcomes.
