The Opportunity: This is a key role within one of Northern Irelands most respected BMW Retailers. Youll be the voice of JKC BMW for customers arranging Service, MOT, and Repair Appointments, ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism and premium experience expected of the BMW brand. Working within a high-performing Aftersales Service Team, youll coordinate with workshop schedules, manage courtesy vehicle logistics, and maintain accurate CRM records that support both operational efficiency and long-term customer loyalty. Your Key Responsibilities: Managing inbound and outbound service booking calls with confidence, clarity, and a premium customer focus Scheduling Service, MOT, and Repair appointments to maximise workshop utilisation and customer convenience Coordinating courtesy vehicles and transport arrangements to support a seamless customer experience Maintaining accurate, detailed customer records within CRM systems Handling customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved with care Supporting retention campaigns, service offers, and aftersales initiatives that drive loyalty and repeat business What We Look For: Were seeking a motivated, detail-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.
