Senior Revit MEP Coordinator - Building Services Consultancy
Location: Buckinghamshire (Hybrid - initially office-based)
Rate: DOE | IR35: Outside IR35
Contract Length: 6 months
Sector: Residential Projects
We're currently working with a well-established Building Services Consultancy based in Buckinghamshire that is looking to bring on a Revit MEP Coordinator to support ongoing residential projects.
This is a hybrid role, with an initial period required in the office to support onboarding and collaboration with the wider team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MEP coordination within the residential sector and be confident working with Revit in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator within Building Services
* Strong residential project background
* Proficient in Revit MEP and associated coordination tools
* Able to work independently and liaise effectively with engineers and design teams
* Available to start on short notice
