The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be involved primarily be responsible for establishing the restaurant department in close collaboration with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef. Key responsibilities include: Supervising all points of sale and restaurant activities, serving as the guardian of service quality. Recruiting, training, developing, and supervising the teams under his/her purview, nurturing team spirit and a sense of belonging to the hotel. Ensuring revenue maximization and effective cost management of the department, and implementing action plans accordingly. Managing the administrative aspects of the department and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards. What We Are Looking For Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service. Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards. Well-presented with a professional appearance and good personal hygiene. Willingness to learn and adapt in a new and exciting restaurant setting.
