Customer Team Member
Location: Highcroft, Kelso, TD5 7NB
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview.
Full, paid training provided

What you’ll do
* Friendly and thoughtful service — put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience
* Support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
* Keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct to keep the store safe and compliant
* Help introduce new products and services — share experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together
* Get involved in the local community and activities and events
