As a Calibration Engineer You Will
* Collaborate with Controls Engineers and external ECU suppliers to define system and software requirements.
* Test and calibrate control systems and software to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
* Develop and execute test plans to verify system and software performance.
* Optimise engine calibrations on dyno to achieve performance, efficiency, and emissions targets.
* Test and calibrate hydrogen-based electric powertrain systems, including fuel cells, BMS, and motor-inverters.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues during development phases, driving continuous improvement in processes.
The Calibration Engineer Will Have
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in engine performance calibration and/or electric powertrain testing.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and derive technical insights.
* Organisational skills to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A problem-solving mindset combined with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
