Mission of the Role
As the pivotal link between clients and service teams, you will ensure seamless, compliance-driven service delivery (e.g., corporate secretarial, accounting filings, migration services) and foster long-term relationships anchored in professional trust.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Client Management
* Develop and maintain client profiles, tracking statutory filing deadlines (annual returns, tax submissions, AGM timelines);
* Manage document workflows (collection, certification, archiving), ensuring compliance and timeliness;
* Conduct satisfaction reviews to identify accounting/advisory upsell opportunities and client referrals.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with corporate secretaries and accountants to ensure on-time, compliant service execution;
* Flag and resolve process bottlenecks (e.g., missing documents, regulatory change risks);
* Update SOPs and compliance response templates based on case learnings.
3. Client Relationship & Advisory Support
* Address client queries on accounting standards/corporate regulations and manage expectations;
* Proactively share regulatory updates (e.g., ACRA guidelines, tax incentives);
* Cultivate client communities to enhance retention and referral rates through expert insights.
4. Process & Experience Optimization
* Streamline key workflows (e.g., accounts handover, annual return submissions);
* Analyze client pain points (e.g., risks, communication gaps) and propose improvements to management.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year in client management at services provider; Bachelor in Finance/ Business / Legal related.
* Fluent Mandarin and English (with precision in bilingual compliance documentation and communication);
* Strong compliance risk awareness, problem-solving skills, and ability to drive multi-team collaboration;
* Expertise in balancing client needs with regulatory requirements.
