About the Role:
As aRide Host, you’ll be the face of Alton Towers Resort, ensuring all our guests have a magical and safe experience. You’ll be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of our world-class rides, helping to create memories for families, friends, and thrill-seekers!
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Working on our rides and attractions with a focus on safety and efficiency
* Engaging with guests to provide exceptional customer service
* Assisting with guest queries and ensuring their needs are met
* Managing queues, helping guests access rides safely, and ensuring everyone follows safety procedures
* Reporting any operational issues or incidents to the operator
* Support in daily presentational duties of our rides and attractions

Qualifications & Experience
About You:
We’re looking for individuals who are:
* Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills
* Enthusiastic and willing to create a positive guest experience
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
* Ready to take on responsibility and ensure health and safety standards are met
* Able to work by themselves and as part of a team
* A head for heights would be beneficial
* No previous experience is necessary! We provide full training to all team members.

Pay Range
Compensation between GBP £7.55/Hr.-GBP £12.21/Hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr
