New Grad Nurse Residency Program May 2025
Overview
Apply now for the New Graduate RN Residency in Medical-Surgical at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, Brighton, MA. This full-time program begins in May 2025, offering a comprehensive transition to practice aligned with the Nurse of the Future Nursing Core Competencies. The program includes cohort-based orientation, individualized education with preceptors, and educational days over six months to foster mentorship and experiential learning.
Opportunities
We seek candidates who have graduated from nursing school within the past 12 months, capable of managing patient care across the continuum, and accountable for clinical outcomes following our nursing model and policies. The role reports to the Unit Nurse Manager.
Application Process
Applicants must submit a resume. Selected candidates will be asked to provide a Letter of Intent and two letters of recommendation, preferably from managers or instructors. Before starting, candidates must have:
* Active BLS Certification
* Massachusetts RN Licensure
