Job Title: Change Communications Specialist

As a Change Communications Specialist you will play a crucial role in helping JM deliver strategic transformation by building understanding, alignment and engagement across our global organization.
The role
As a Change Communications Specialist, you will help drive our transformation goals by:
1. Developing and delivering communication plans for priority projects within the Change Delivery Hub, defining objectives, audiences, messages and timelines.
2. Creating compelling messaging and materials—including talking points, articles, videos, leader packs and townhall content—to support awareness and adoption.
3. Partnering with Project Sponsors, Leads and Change Leads to ensure communication activity supports project outcomes and aligns with JM’s transformation strategy.
4. Measuring the effectiveness of communication activities using surveys, pulse checks and feedback tools, adjusting plans where needed.
5. Contributing to JM’s Change Framework and capability building, sharing best practices, tools and lessons learned across the change and communications community.
6. Working with Communications Business Partner Functions & Change, to align project communication approaches with the overall communication strategy and key messaging for wider enterprise transformation and functional change initiatives
What will help you succeed
7. Degree-level education and/or equivalent experience in internal communication, organizational change or transformation.
8. Strong communication skills, including exceptional writing, editing and storytelling capabilities.
9. Proven experience delivering communication and engagement activities in fast-paced, complex environments.
10. Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization, building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
11. Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with modern communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer).
