An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic Scheduler/Receptionist to work within the Outpatient Therapies Department at Barts Health NHS Trust.
This position will be based at the Royal London Hospital and Mile End Hospital. This is a busy and dynamic service where we put patients at the center of the care that we provide.
The successful candidate will require excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone, good organisational skills and possess a positive can-do attitude. Previous experience of working in a busy team, excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint as well as knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
The successful candidate should ideally have previous NHS experience in a similar setting and be familiar with Trust booking systems, such as EMIS and CRS. However, training will be provided.
