Data & Insights Analyst Overview Korn Ferry are supporting a large-scale transformation programme focused on strengthening digital capability, improving data maturity, and enabling teams across our Defence client, to transition into a stable, sustainable business-as-usual model.
As a Data & Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in developing meaningful metrics, enhancing reporting, and generating insights that support programme performance and strategic decision-making. You will work with multiple stakeholders and delivery partners to shape analytics solutions and drive measurable impact.
What you will do
* Translate business needs into clear, measurable KPIs that support programme objectives.
* Deliver impactful insights through dashboards, self‑serve reporting, exploratory analytics, and deep‑Dive investigations.
* Identify risks, opportunities, and areas where data can create value across the programme.
* Collaborate with analysts, engineers, programme teams, and external partners to design effective analytics solutions.
* Contribute to improving data quality, analytical outputs, and reporting processes.
* Bring curiosity and creativity to solve complex analytical problems.
* Support and mentor junior analysts, building strong analytical and storytelling capability within the team.
