Huntress Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading company based in Leven seeking a dynamic and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to support a senior-level executive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to senior management
Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and organise travel arrangements
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
Handle confidential information with discretion
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Organise and support events and team activities
Assist with ad hoc projects and general office management as requiredThe Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a PA, EA, or in a similar administrative support role
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Confident, approachable, and professional demeanour
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
