Environmental Manager - Grow with us and shape the future. We''re looking for an experienced Environmental Manager to join our team in the South West. You can be based from either our Cardiff or Bristol office, but you''ll need to be willing to travel to sites across the region. Responsibilities
* Take the lead on ensuring environmental contractual and regulatory requirements are implemented across projects.
* Make confident, informed decisions under pressure and provide clear guidance to site teams and senior management.
* Collaborate with RSK''s technical experts to develop and deliver the best environmental solutions.
* Drive a culture of environmental awareness and best practice across our operations.
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of environmental issues in construction (e.g. ecology, noise, flood risk, archaeology, pollution prevention).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a strong health & safety ethos.
* Professional membership (e.g. MIEMA) and/or Environmental Auditing qualification desirable.
* CSCS card essential.
Qualifications
* Experience in managing environmental aspects across construction projects and regulatory compliance.
* Strong ability to influence site teams and senior management with practical, safe, and compliant solutions.
* Membership of a recognised professional body (e.g. MIEMA) and/or environmental auditing qualifications desirable.
* CSCS card essential.
