Your Mission as a Pharmacy Assistant
* Assist in dispensing medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
* Provide outstanding customer service, making all patients feel heard, supported and valued.
* Maintain an organised and efficient workflow within the pharmacy team.
* Manage inventory: organise, stock and preserve the integrity of pharmaceuticals.
* Use computer systems for prescription processing, stock management and customer queries.
* Keep the pharmacy environment spotless and orderly.
Who Are We Looking For?
* A foundation of pharmacy knowledge; preference for NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
* Exceptional customer service skills with warmth, empathy and patience.
* Strong attention to detail for safe and accurate pharmacy operations.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Computer literacy and willingness to learn pharmacy software systems.
* Excellent communication, problem‑solving skills and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.
Working Hours & Benefits
* Sundays – 09:00 to 13:00 (availability for these hours is required).
