Ivy Resource Group are working with a well-established contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role based in Wolverhampton, working across a range of commercial projects including schools, hospitals, MOD bases, colleges, universities, and leisure centres.

They have been in business for over 30 years and work across a variety of sectors, including: Commercial, Leisure, Education, Healthcare, Residential and Retail.
The Role:
* Commercial management of construction projects from pre-construction through to final account
* Preparing, reviewing, and managing project budgets and cost plans
* Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
* Valuations, variations, and final accounts administration
* Ensuring projects remain within budget while maintaining quality and programme targets
* Liaising with project teams, clients, and senior management on commercial matters
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on commercial projects
* Strong sector experience in education, healthcare, MOD, or leisure is advantageous
* Experience within Tier 1 or well-established main contractors is desirable
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment
Salary & Package
* Salary £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
