This position would suit a Graduate who is looking to start a career in a global business sector, or a candidate that has some medical knowledge with proven experience in Travel Assistance and Healthcare. The Assistance Coordinator will be working alongside the Medical Team. Job Responsabilitites: Provide Assistance and support Clients mainly through via telephone and email. Calling patients overseas. Complex Flight and repatriation planning. Liasing with Partners and Agents around the world. Exceptional Planning Experience. Experience: Have a keen interest in Travel, or has been travelling. Global Affairs -to be committed to researching and staying updated on emerging international travel requirements and restrictions. Excellent written and Verbal Communications Expectational attention to detail, with strong organisational skills. Strong IT Skills, using Office Suite 365 Applications. Strong experience in Customer service and client support role. Extensive global travel experience Good understanding of global rules, visas and immigration. Language skills. Must have a Driving Licence. Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Office hours but occasional requirement to assist with cover outside these times to help support our clients around the world.
