We're looking for a detail-oriented CAD/BIMTechnician to join our Property Safety team based in Halifax. You will be responsible for producing and updating accurate technical drawings to support the management, refurbishment, and maintenance of our property portfolio. Your role will involve creating floor plans, elevations, cross-sections, and site layouts using CAD/BIM software, as well as processing survey data into technical drawings. You'll also be tasked with surveying buildings using scanning technology, maintaining asset records (including utilities and site plans), and documenting any changes to existing properties.
