Care Manager | Glasgow| Full Time | £28,000 – £33,000 (DOE)

Are you the right person for the job?
Hold a Level 3 SVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
At least 2 years' experience in a senior role such as Care Coordinator or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care
Be a strong communicator, organised, and passionate about person-centred care
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
What will your role look like?
Supporting the daily management of the domiciliary care service
Supervising, motivating, and guiding care staff to deliver excellent standards of care
Conducting care assessments, reviews, and ensuring care plans are accurate and person-centred
Monitoring compliance with CQC standards and company policies
Liaising with service users, families, and external professionals to maintain strong relationships
Assisting with rota management and ensuring adequate staffing levels
Promoting a positive, supportive, and professional working environment
