Role: Customer Service Advisor - Travel Money

Help our customers holidays get off to a fantastic start, as one of our trusted Travel Money Advisors in-store bureau. You'll be the face of Travel Money for Sainsbury's Bank, building relationships with customers and delivering friendly service that keeps them coming back. You'll handle currency, so good attention to detail is essential. You'll be part of a close-knit team, but you'll often run the bureau on your own, so you'll need to be confident in making decisions. Ideally, you'll have a background in finance or cash handling, but previous experience isn't essential as training is provided. What's important is that you love helping people, have a good eye for detail, and are comfortable working with large amounts of money and figures.
Responsibilities
* Build relationships with customers and provide friendly service in-store Travel Money bureaus.
* Handle currency with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Be comfortable working with large amounts of money and figures; run the bureau on your own and make decisions confidently when needed.
* Work with a close-knit team and maintain high service standards.
* Training is provided; prior experience in finance or cash handling is not essential.
* Be flexible to cover a mix of early, late and weekend shifts.
* Agree to DBS and credit checks where required.

Shifts
There’s a range of shift patterns available; you’ll be flexible to cover a mix of early, late and weekend shifts to fit with the rest of the team.
