Learning Support Assistant – College – Poole, Dorset

Duration: 5 days a week – ongoing.
Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm
The Ideal Teaching Assistant
* At least 6 months experience supporting students with autism, social emotional mental health difficulties, and some profound needs.
* Experience supporting students aged 16-25.
* Able to follow students' ECHPs.
* Experience with ASD, PMLD, SEMH, trauma, sensory processing, and social communication teaching background.
* Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with vulnerable students.
* Have a clear, DBS‑registered record updated on the service – child and adult checked.
