Role Description
This is a full-time, Hybrid role for a Project Administrator based in Northampton and Derby. The Project Administrator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, managing schedules, and supporting project managers. Additional responsibilities include liaising with the project team and stakeholders, preparing reports, and ensuring operational efficiency in the execution of projects, support procurement, ordering, delivery tracking, and subcontractor administration and assist with valuations, applications for payment, cost tracking, and commercial documentation.

* Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in documentation, report writing, and record-keeping
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
* Proficiency in project management software and tools
* Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work under deadlines
* Previous experience in project administration, construction, or a related sector is advantageous
* Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field is a plus
