About the Role
Deliver and maintain a high standard of personal care to residents in accordance with their needs and desired outcomes.
Help promote mental and physical activity of residents through conversation, outings, activities such as reading, writing, hobbies, and other social activities and recreations.
Welcome and assist residents and visitors, referring them to the person in charge where necessary.
Ensure residents physical environment meets their needs.
You will meet the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence.
Prior experience is desirable but not needed, as we will give you all the training you need to be successful in this role.
