Key Role Responsibilities
* Own a desk-based portfolio of 20 active trade customers with consistent spend history.
* Develop account plans to identify upsell opportunities and maximise customer satisfaction.
* Track market and vendor trends to proactively recommend timely solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order processes and enhance client service.
* Support forecasting and renewals to maintain and grow account value.
Key Attributes Required
* Experience in channel account management, ideally from a distributor or reseller.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify market trends.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Confident working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
