We’re working with a well-established supplier of specialist aggregates, providing high-quality materials to customers across construction, landscaping, and decorative markets. They are a growing business looking to add a Sales / Customer Service Administrator to their friendly and fast-paced team in Bakewell.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, order processing, and administrative support, and wants to be part of a supportive, close-knit team.
🍋 The Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales function, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and customers receive a high level of service.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
🍋 Handling inbound calls and customer enquiries
🍋 Processing orders and managing pricing information
🍋 Supporting online order fulfilment
🍋 Liaising with hauliers and couriers to coordinate deliveries
🍋 Maintaining accurate records and supporting general admin tasks
🍋 What We’re Looking For
🍋 Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role
🍋 Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
🍋 Confident communication skills, both over the phone and via email
🍋 Comfortable using computers and internal systems
🍋 A positive, team-oriented attitude
🚗 Own transport is essential due to location
