We are seeking a strategic Commercial Manager to lead a growing COMAH-regulated chemical manufacturing business based in the South Yorkshire. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing site operations, customer relationship management and driving business-wide improvements, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the operational strategy to support business growth and performance targets
* Lead on customer relations
* Tendering & Contracts
* Ensure robust compliance with COMAH regulations, HSE standards, and all relevant statutory requirements
* Work closely with the senior leadership team to align operations with broader business goals and customer expectations
Requirements:
* Proven track record in a senior leadership role
* Experience as a Commercial Manager
* Experience working in a COMAH-regulated environment
* Strong background in manufacturing
* Experience working for a chemical manufacturer
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills
* Degree-qualified in Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred
