Our care home in Chichester opened in December 2021, providing quality care for older people in a luxurious setting.
Our experienced and committed team deliver the best in permanent and short-term residential, nursing, and specialist dementia care.
Like all Care UK homes, the care we provide is tailored to the individual needs, interests, and preferences of each person we care for. We call this person-centred care. We are passionate about ensuring that residents and their families are fully involved in decisions around their care, so residents feel in control and receive the care they need in the way they wish.

Care Team Leader Role
* Leading and supervising your shift
* Managing residents' care plans and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
* Administering and recording medication
* Carrying out risk assessments
* Supporting residents with daily needs, promoting independence and activity
* Collaborating with the leadership team to develop services
* Maintaining a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times

About You
* NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable)
* Well-organized, IT literate, and able to delegate effectively
* Proven leadership and supervisory skills
* Understanding of care planning processes
* Experience or willingness to undertake medication administration training
* A natural ability to make a positive impact on residents' lives
