Overview
This is a Christmas market period fixed term (13rd Nov – 31st Dec 2025) on-site role for managing a market stall sales with us at the famous Christmas in Cambridge market.
The Stall Sales Manager will be responsible for market store exhibition set up, communication, sales, and customer service tasks. The role involves setting up the store, attracting customers, engaging with customers, managing sales activities, providing excellent customer service.
We need 2-3 Sales and 1 Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach to achieving sales targets
* Interest in handcrafted products and artistry
* Passion for crocheting or crafting is a big plus
