This is a full time, fully office-based role working Monday to Friday 9.00- 5.30 (with a one-hour lunch break)
The assignment is expected to run through the summer, until mid-August
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Operations Administrator Responsibilities
1. Answering the phone, transferring calls and taking messages
2. Supporting the Accommodation Manager with administrative tasks
3. Data entry and adding information to Excel
4. Emailing clients and answering their queries
5. Speaking with host families, students and visitors
6. Supporting with invoicing and general booking confirmations
7. Some PA style duties for senior members of staff

• Excellent experience in senior administration
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Proven experience in a fast-paced office environment
• A flexible, team-oriented approach with the ability to pivot between tasks and support multiple departments
• Excellent customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
• Strong IT proficiency and confidence learning new systems (training on Class database provided)
• Experience with financial admin such as invoicing, cash handling, or visa support documentation
• A professional and friendly manner, with strong attention to detail
