We are seeking highly motivated professionals with an eye for detail and a dedication to providing first-class service at all times. This role is for an Inventory Clerk, working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Job Description: Inventory Clerk

Responsibilities - Summary

* Reporting issues to supervisors and clients
* Ensuring compliance with industry standards and reporting to clients on compliance issues
We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Property Inventory Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording the condition of properties at the start and end of each tenancy. The role involves thorough inspections, detailed reporting, and effective communication with tenants and property managers. The candidate should have a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
Specific Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed inspections of properties at tenancy start and end
* Record the condition of furniture, fittings, and fixtures
* Take high-quality photographs/videos to document conditions
* Prepare comprehensive inventory reports, noting damages or discrepancies
* Communicate findings clearly to tenants and property managers
* Maintain accurate records of inspections and reports
* Schedule and coordinate inspections timely
Additional duties include ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, taking meter readings, listing keys, and managing key collection and return. Full training and software tools, including tablets, will be provided.
Ideal Candidate:
* Punctual and reliable
* Excellent written and spoken English
* IT literate and confident with APP-based software
* Smartly dressed with a professional appearance
* Strong attention to detail and observational skills
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Working Hours & Conditions:
4-5 days per week, flexible schedule (discussed during interview). Occasional weekend or evening work may be required based on tenancy schedules.
Salary: £12.60/hour
Mileage allowance of 45p per mile, with accurate records required.
Annual leave: 22 days pro-rata, plus 8 fixed holidays (including Christmas & New Year).
