A respected GP Training Practice in Yeovil is seeking a Salaried GP for up to 8 sessions. The practice is highly organised around reducing GP pressure, with strong MDT support, minimal home visits and a clear, sustainable working day. Previous GPs we’ve introduced have fed back very positively and remain in post.

* GPs see less than 10% of incoming documents and letters
* Paramedics handle the majority of home visits
* Paramedics also manage most same-day demand
* Duty Doctor role is oversight-focused, not patient-heavy
