Role

You will work alongside the co-founders and wider team, and be intrinsic to the agency’s success. The primary focus is on developing new comms strategies and media plans for existing clients, and leading on new business pitches. You will support the Head of Planning across media, creative and integrated client accounts.
You will help deliver high-quality work for clients through innovative and creative solutions across media, creative and technology. With your help we will grow the business, win new clients and challenge the media industry to be better.
Responsibilities include collaborating with other agency departments to provide best-in-class responses to client briefs; proactively building strong relationships with internal and external contacts; and sharing knowledge to enhance output.
The Planning Team provides a centre of excellence to develop strategic solutions across client portfolios, lead planning work for clients, and deliver market-leading solutions that meet campaign objectives with innovative ideas and partners.
Be a champion of Effectiveness and delivering meaningful business results. Establish objectives and KPIs, test opportunities and define expected outcomes for campaigns. Share knowledge, input into tools and data strategies, and contribute to thought leadership.
Daily responsibilities include analyzing client audiences, keeping up-to-date with category knowledge and competitors, owning responses to briefs, delivering holistic multi-channel media plans, leading on new business opportunities, and distilling insights into Creative Briefs for workshops.
Maintain awareness of media research, opportunities across channels, and reporting on industry developments relevant to accounts. Ensure campaigns use a measurement framework and monitor performance regularly. Share knowledge with internal and external parties to maximise client value. Develop recommendations for new opportunities and testing options.
Participate in quarterly and end-of-year analyses to demonstrate how campaigns delivered against objectives.
