* Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales and Lettings properties.
* Generate and conduct property viewings.
* Negotiate offers between all parties.
* Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
* Display excellent customer service at all times.
* Industry experience is ideal, however as full training will be given we will consider applicants with relevant transferrable skills in Customer Service and Sales.
* On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £25,000 - £26,000per annum, depending on experience.
* first few months guaranteed commission pay.
* 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.

* It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
